He believes in truly meeting people where they are—offering support without judgment and walking alongside each individual on their path toward healing and growth.
As a nationally certified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), Uwem will be leading our SAP services, helping individuals navigate the return-to-duty process with clarity, dignity, and care.
Outside of his professional role, Uwem is a proud father, a dog lover, and a dedicated member of the Salisbury community, where he actively volunteers and gives back.
